FAR INFRARED SAUNA
The far infrared saunas heating technology helps to reduce stress, burn calories, sweat out toxins and carcinogens, fight cellulite, and relieve pain. We ask that you either wear a bathing suit or shorts and a shirt in the Far Infrared Sauna. The sauna is not private, and there may be other guests inside the sauna. Sauna sessions are only booked Monday through Thursday first thing in the morning, or close to closing. You must be finished by closing time. There is no red light therapy in the sauna.
Far Infrared Saunas are a healthy weight loss solution to use in conjunction with your exercise regime. Infrared saunas can burn 400-600 calories in just one 30 minute session.
In a far infrared sauna, a moderately fit person can sweat one pound of sweat in a 30 minute session, which is the equivalent of running 2-3 miles. While it is true that the weight of the water expelled in the sauna may be regained by re-hydrating with water – the calories lost with not, resulting in weight loss.

Is your body Over ACIDIC?
If you are unable to achieve weight loss or continually trying to lose that last 15 pounds you could be over acidic. Although Doctors consider steam sauna & FIR sauna generally healthy to use, those people suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and the elderly who are not in good health should not use steam or FIR sauna unless otherwise directed by a physician.
