Prenatal Massages CANNOT add hot stones. During pregnancy, many women are warmer than they normally would be. Special attention needs to be paid to a pregnant client's core temperature, therefore we will not add hot stones to any prenatal massage. You are not allowed to be in the sauna while pregnant.

It is a skilled application of essential oils on the spine and feet in a rhythmic motion to promote feelings of extreme calm, and to support healthy immune system functioning. This is not a stand alone service, and can only be added to a 30|60|90min massage, at the time of booking. Therapeutic cupping creates suction by using cups to decrease tissue restrictions between the layers of skin, fascia, and muscle. When the layers of tissue are loosened, this allows fluid to flow more freely between these layers.  There are a host of benefits that you can read more about by viewing our page dedicated to cupping. Must be added to your massage when you book the service.

Hot stones allows the massage therapist to get more depth more quickly for more intense pressure. The feeling of smooth, warm stones on your skin is divine, as your muscle tension will simply melt away. The hot stone experience is perfect if you want a slightly deeper version of the Swedish massage. You must add the hot stones to your massage when booking. Hot stones will not be added to a prenatal massage, or a couples massage.
